Here's
the photo from our recent charter on 15
June, 2008. As you can see...lots of
smiling faces. Managed to get the fish
back to Texas fine...even with the
airline losing the cooler for a
day...thankfully it was stored in the
company freezer while they tried to
figure out who owned it. Already took
your grilling advice and cooked up one
fillet...absolutely delicious and no
messy clean-up with the fish cooked skin
side down on the grill...worked
perfectly. Again, thanx for the great
hospitality and the chance to meet your
lovely wife, JoAnn. Please give our
regards to your brother, Capt Steve, who
once again did a magnificent job on the
fantail keeping the lines working.
We're all looking forward to next summer
and are talking about possibly
doing that tuna/striper combo you
mentioned. Have a super Summer...best
of luck on the water...Fair Winds and
Following Seas.

Hello JoAnn, Capt. Jack and Steve...Otis and I had a great time fishing on the Maverick. We've been talking with family & friends about the fishing and what an enjoyable day the three of you provided for us. Everytime we dropped a line we got a hit. When we come up again, we're definitely going to book another trip with you guys. Fishing on the Maverick was the best fishing charter trip we've ever had!

Hi Jack...Back here, back at work...nothing changes! I have to say from all the lads what a pleasure it was to fish with yourself and Steve. You run a very professional boat and really look after your clientele (there are a few Capt's over here that would benefit from a day on your boat !!) We really appreciated the time and effort in your taking us out on Friday and bringing a great closure to our vacation.
